MicroTools was founded in 1988. Our software subcontracting
business was based on the following model:
MicroTools would have a very limited customer base to
enable us to:
1. Know the core business of our customers (Hardware,
Software, Systems, core technology)
2. Provide software design services when these resources
cannot be supplied in house
3. Perform all work on a fixed price basis
4. Write detailed specification and test plans for all
work performed.
This model has provided an excellent cost to benefit
ratio for our customers.
With 6 employees currently, we have a very broad range
of experience in all aspects of real time embedded software
engineering.
